Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP)
UW-Marinette participates in a program that allows residents of Illinois and other Midwestern states to receive a discount on out-of-state tuition.
By participating in the MSEP, UW-Marinette allows up to 75 out-of-state residents per year the opportunity to pay 150 percent of the regular in-state tuition, which is a savings of nearly half off the regular non-resident tuition.
Students who reside in Menomiee County, Michigan are eligible for Wisconsin resident rates under the Michigan Compact.
