International Potluck Will Feature Soups, Stews, Sandwiches and Salad Theme

By UW-Marinette

The Office of International Student Programs at UW-Marinette invites the public to its monthly potluck and presentation on Thursday, March 10 at 6:00 p.m. in the UW-Marinette cafeteria. March’s potluck will feature a “Soups, Stews, Sandwiches and Salads” theme. It’s March and nobody knows what the weather will be like tomorrow! Let’s enjoy the indecision of the season with some of our favorite hot winter soups and stews and cool summer salads! Presentations on Belgium and China will follow the potluck.

These monthly potlucks are an excellent opportunity to meet the growing and diverse international student population in our community. There are approximately forty-eight students from eight different countries attending UW-Marinette this semester. Ever thought about being a host or friendship family? Come meet some of our current families in this informal setting and find out what an enriching and fun experience it can be.
