The University of Wisconsin-Marinette will host a spring Preview Day for prospective students and their families Wednesday, April 12 from 9:30 a.m.–12 p.m. in the Theatre Building. The event is free and open to the public.
The preview will feature information on admissions, degrees and the financial aid process. Attendees will also have the chance to tour campus and hear from staff, faculty and current students.
“We have a beautiful campus, committed faculty and staff, and Preview Day offers anyone who wants to continue their education the chance to see what our campus can offer,” said Cindy Bailey, UW-Marinette campus administrator and regional associate dean of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management. “In addition to receiving guided tours of our campus, led by our current student ambassadors, prospective students also will be able to sit in on a class of their choice to gain a greater appreciation for what college life is all about.”
During campus visits, participants will be able to view labs and classrooms, athletic facilities, student common spaces and music, theatre and arts areas. Advisors will also be on hand to discuss campus life, sports and transfer opportunities, including UW-Marinette’s Guaranteed Transfer Program with every UW four-year campuses.
Attendees are encouraged to register prior to the event. Visit uwc.edu/campus-preview for additional dates, details and to RSVP, or call 888-INFO-UWC.
